We’re so excited to be joining Soogki and all of you for the inaugural Korean Co-Active Coaching conference!
We congratulate all of you on your journeys to become Co-Active coaches. As you know, it is a journey of dedication, vulnerability, courage and heart. Who we become as Co-Active coaches not only changes our lives and the lives of our clients, but truly, the experience humans have of our world. Could there be a better time to come together as a community to celebrate our work, seek inspiration in challenging times, vision and plan for what wants to emerge? We don’t think so. The call for Co-Active in our world is stronger than ever. Thank you for rising to meet that call!
This gathering promises to be energizing, healing, fulfilling and motivating. We will be speaking about CTI’s Vision and Purpose in service of helping all of you connect to where we’re headed at CTI. Our Vision is to create a world ALIVE with responsibility, wholeness, and love. As you know, we believe that everyone is Naturally Creative, Resourceful, and Whole. And that everyone is a Leader. Leaders create their world, and our created by their world. That is Co-Active Responsibility. Wholeness is a divine dance where we learn to include more of ourselves, each other and our world, and to create from that complexity together in order to address the challenges we collectively face. And love, well, love is the Legacy of Co-Active. It is a powerful, unifying energy. It is the heart of who we are as Co-Active Leaders and Coaches. It is what we insist be spread across our organizations, communities, and relationships with each other. It requires a big heart, and a willingness to be with each other no matter what we face. Our Purpose is to transform how the world relates. At the heart of Co-Active is relationship. We believe we have an important job to do in transforming relationships through our Co-Active technology. This means we transform how people relate to themselves, each other and the larger systems we all share as global citizens. There is so much to discuss! We look forward to exploring these ideas with you when we come to the conference.
Between now and then, we encourage you to dream for our world as Co-Active coaches and leaders. What will you bring to the conference to offer up for creation? How will you open yourself to be created by the experience? What is one longing you would love to have met by attending?
We can’t wait to meet, see and be in relationship with you.

제 1회 코액티브코칭 코리아 컨퍼런스가 10월23일(토) 개최됩니다.
1991년 창립된 CTI사 코액티브코칭은 초기 사명인 코치 전문교육 (Coaches Training Institute)을 넘어 이제 직업, 리더십, 관계, 웰빙 등 일과 삶에서 폭넓게 인간의 의식을 성장시키는 파워를 보여주고 있습니다. Open human Consciousness라는 비전은 ‘Co-Active’ principle을 통해 세계 40여개 도시에서 진행중입니다.
한스코칭은 리더십 코칭 전문기관이자 CTI 한국 파트너로서, 세상에 대해 책임 의식을 갖는 ‘모든 이의 리더화’ 의 사명을 갖고 있습니다. 비대면화, 파편화되는 시스템 속에서 사람간의 새로운 소통 방식인 코칭은 더욱 그 가치가 높아지고 있습니다.
이번 행사는 세계에서 최초로 열리는 코액티브코칭 컨퍼런스입니다. 다양한 분야에서 활동 중인 졸업생들이 이룬 그간의 성장을 축하할 뿐 아니라 아직 접하지 않은 분이라도 코액티브 정신을 통해 삶이 확장되는 경험을 갖기 바라는 마음으로 기획되었습니다.
